How long does processing take?

Standard orders process in 2-3 business days. Custom-colored orders take an            additional 10-14 business days because each piece is hand-colored and quality        checked.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and cancellations aren't possible.

How long does shipping take?

Standard U.S. shipping is 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs.

What if there are delays?

While most orders arrive on time, carrier or seasonal delays can occur. We will notify you if significant delays happen.

Can I return my order?

Only unused and unopened products are eligible for return within 4 days of delivery.

Can I return custom-colored hair? 

No. All custom-colored orders are final sale because each shade is created by hand.

What if I opened the hair but didn't install it? 

Due to hygiene standards, opened products can't be returned unless the wrong item was sent. In that case, request an exchange within 4 days of delivery.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection for eligible orders.

How do I care for my extensions?

Detangle gently before washing; use sulfate-free shampoo/conditioner in lukewarm water; air dry or use low heat; store in satin or silk when not in use.

Can I dye or bleach my extensions? 

Virgin hair can be colored. We recommend using a professional stylist to preserve    quality.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted, and we never share your details with third parties.

Will I receive marketing emails?
