Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless your item is defective or incorrect. If so, please email hello@sunkissedcrowns.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

• Returns
– Unopened/unused products: return within 5 days of delivery.
– Opened, unboxed, or installed products: not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
– Wrong item sent: exchange or return within 4 days of delivery.
– Custom-colored products: final sale.

• Refunds
– Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
