Processing takes 3–7 business days for standard orders. Custom-colored items may take 10–14 business days. Processing excludes weekends and holidays.

– Custom-colored orders: add 5–7 business days for hand-coloring and quality checks.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping is available within the U.S. and internationally. A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Returns are not accepted. Please double-check your order before submitting. For issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
